El-Con - 450, 650, 850

The ultimate
in gentle handling! For packaging lines, nuts, seeds, pharmaceutical
tablets and a host of similar applications demanding both horizontal
and vertical continuous conveying, nothing meets the challenge like
the El-Con. Efficient, positive and gentle handling for most delicate
products without breakage or damage...and they require far less installed
space than inclined belts and augers. Modular design allows for easy
installation and future expansion.
The El-Con
comes equipped with 6 different bucket sizes available in plastic (FDA
approved) and, carbon or stainless steel, providing capacities up to
4500 ft3/h.
This unit can also be custom designed to meet customer's specifications
for horizontal and vertical conveying as well as capacities in excess
of 850 ft3/h.
Specially
designed rugged control wheels stabilize, balance and ease bucket travel.
On selected models, wheels are replaced with special guide pins providing
accurate bucket control without expensive guide tracks. Buckets may
be removed easily for cleaning or maintenance. Available with intermediate
discharges (C-shape only).
